1 Introduction

1111 bet reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in your account being suspended and withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Payments

1111 bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted. VIP members receive faster processing — Gold and above are processed within 12 hours, and Diamond members within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• 1111 bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified by email with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

1111 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses on 1111 bet carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 1111 bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, false information, or any form of collusion will be voided and the account closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1111 bet are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, as well as these general betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 1111 bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

12 Limitation of Liability
